Danielle Ayers
Rev. Danielle Ayers currently serves as the Pastor of Justice at Friendship West Baptist Church in Dallas, TX, pastored by Rev. Dr. Frederick D. Haynes, III. Rev. Ayers gives liberating leadership to the public policy, advocacy, and social activism initiatives at Friendship West. Ayers also serves as the Co-convener of the Samuel DeWitt Proctor Conference, a delegate of the Transatlantic Roundtable on Religion and Race, Board Member for Faith Cooperative Federal Credit Union, and on President Jimmy Carter’s New Baptist Covenant Advisory team.
Rev. Ayers gives direction to the Justice Department which consist of the following essential impact areas: economic justice ; immigration; political action; environmental justice; and immigration.
Rev. Ayers holds a B.B.A. in Marketing with a concentration in Economics from The University of Memphis and a Master of Divinity at Brite Divinity School. Ayers is the co-author of To Serve This Present Age: Social Justice Ministers in the Black Church. Ayers is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Colin Benson
Colin Benson currently serves as the Director of Information Technology (IT) at Friendship-West Baptist Church. A seasoned professional of over 30 years, he provides leadership for the robust and secure information technology environment at the innovative megachurch in Dallas. Texas. In addition, Colin brings over twenty years of networking experience and vendor management to the team. As Director of Information Technology, he is responsible for managing an internal technology budget, creating budget guidelines to reduce waste and decrease unnecessary waste, and overseeing the day-to-day technology operations of a multi-campus organization.
A native of Duncanville, Texas, Colin is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design in Advertising. A believer in life-long education and continuous self-improvement, he regularly attends and completes certification and ongoing education courses at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He is a proud life member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Faith Cooperative Federal Credit Union. He is married to Cheryl Benson, and they are the proud parents of one daughter, Carrington

Reondra Hughes
Reondra Hughes began her career in the credit union industry over a decade ago where she was an accountant at Blue Cross Federal Credit Union. She advanced through the industry over the years and currently holds the position of Accounting Analyst at Advancial Federal Credit Union. Reondra has served on the Board of Directors for Faith Cooperative Federal Credit Union for the past two and and half years. Reondra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Dillard University.
Byron Lattimore
Byron Lattimore is a native of Dallas with a Business/Marketing degree from Texas Southern University and an MBA in Financial Services from the University of Dallas. His career in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance has allowed him to help people in a various roles and capacities at companies like Bank of America and TIAA. As of 2021, Byron is now a Senior Benefits Consultant with Go Health.
As a volunteer, Byron is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi, having served as chapter president from 2009-2011. He is also on the Board of Trustees for the African-American Museum of Dallas. He has served as Vice Chairman on the Board of Directors for the South Dallas/Fair Park Trust Fund (2016-2018) as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Guide Right Foundation of Dallas, Inc. (2014-2021) However his tenure with the credit union has been the longest. Byron joined as a member in the 70's and later joined the Board of Directors in 1996. He was elected Chairman of the Board in 2009 when it was still the St. John Dallas Federal Credit Union and led the reorganization and relocation effort in 2014 when it became Faith Cooperative Federal Credit Union. Lattimore stepped down as Chairman in 2021 and continues to serve FCFCU in a variety of areas.

LaShanté Williams
Ms. LaShanté Williams is the Director of Operations & Compliance at Davis Davis & Harmon LLC -Sales Tax Experts. She also is the CEO/Principal Owner for Lifestyle Wealth Services, a Consulting firm specializing in strategic business planning that helps entrepreneurs grow their assets, attract quality clients, and balance their lifestyle.
Ms. Williams has over 20 years’ experience in internal audit, credit risk, regulatory compliance, and local, state and international tax. She possesses strong business acumen, personnel management experience, along with leadership and negotiation skills which make her an accomplished network builder. Her banking foundation was established as a young member in her home city CU, and she shares that family tradition with her children as members of FCFCU. Williams joined the Board of Directors in 2019, has served as the Board Secretary since 2020 and has served on the Community Committee.
